We emphasize at the quality thinking all across the whole company. The actions that we conduct pre-duty quality training as well as continuous on job training were oriented at developing "quality first" company culture. It's a long journey to establish a good company culture so we care about each step we made so far.

Quality department was set in pararrel with production department. The head of quality report to GM directly which give them authority to stop production any time seeing potential non-conformity processes. Quality engineering, quality control and quality system are the 3 sub-divisions underneath quality department.

EverSkill concentrates at process control. From the technical process design to manufacturing as well as delivery&service, Champion set critical control point in each process. Based on the actual sheetmetal manufacturing characteristic, we use quality tool "quality control plan" on controlling each process in addition to Standard Operation Procedure(SOP) and Standard Inspection Procedure(SIP).

We teach every empolyee that he/she should be responsible for his/her own job as the process receiver is his/her internal customer. As long as one of these factor--operator, machine, process, material, shift was changed, the first article inspection will become a necessity prior to volume production. It did sacrifice the production efficiency in short term but in longer run, as it reduce the waste of quality defect, actually will largely improve the productivity .
