Q & A
1. How can I get the samples?
We can supply some free samples (total value under 10 US dollars) if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than 10 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
2. How much the courier charges will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, volume and your area. Our courier agent UPS will give you some discount because we have a long-termed agreement. However, you also can use your courier company.
3. How to receive your quotation sheet?
If you are interested in our products and would like to know the price, please send us your inquiry with detailed requirements. We will offer you our quotation sheet and order information in one working day.
4. Could we have our logo or company information to be printed on the package and products?
Of course. Your logo, company name can be printed on our products and packing. We will ask for a minimum order quantity, if you want print your logo on our products and packing free. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format (300 dpi mini.).
5. How to place the order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price and price term we reach to
* Delivery time required
* Payment we reach to
6. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
7. How can the goods be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, and destination (airport, sea port).
8. What's your usual payment term for orders?
*T/T (Wire transfer) 50% as deposit with purchasing order and T/T 50% balance before shipment.
* 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.9. How long the warranty of your products?
Usually we guarantee one year (12months) after delivery date, but depending on the specified product.
10. We would like to just buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
Sorry, we are manufacturer and exporter only. We don't accept retail order.
